Może i nazwa TVN Warszawa jest lokalne. Ale wiadomość jest publikowana w ogólnodostępnym portalu tvn24.pl. No i kwestia zasadnicza - jeśli skracamy pełny zwrot to z "wypadek w alei Prymasa Tysiąclecia" powinno powstać "wypadek na Prymasa Tysiąclecia".
